REC TUMBLING - This is an in person class. Students will be instructed at their level to gain strength and technique needed to execute skills. Class includes the use of our many training mats and 30 foot long trampoline in our 4000 square foot facility.
CHEER FUN - This is an in person class. FUN is short for FUNdamentals. This class is perfect for athletes looking to explore the world of competition cheer. The class will provide instruction on motion technique, jumps, dance, tumbling timing, stunts and pyramids.
