Off-season Programs

Cheergyms offers a variety of "off-season" programs to help athletes get ready for a variety of team options. See below for more details.

All Star Elite May Training

All Star Elite May Training is a 5 hour a week intensive during the month of May to help current all stars maintain skills and prepare for Elite tryouts. This is open to any athlete that would like to experience this level of training. Registration Link

All Star Summer Training

Join us during the summer for our fun and flexible summer training program for All Star Cheerleading. This is open to anyone that wants to train their skills and preparing for fall teams. These classes will help students improve on their current skills and help them get ready. The fee will include up to 3 all star classes per week (Mon-Thu) and is a month-to-month membership. Class choices will include level tumbling, Stunting, Strength & Flexibility and Jumps & Choreography. Classes run from June through August. Registration Link

High School Academy - Tryout Training

Our High School Academy (HSA) Tryout Training is geared towards students who want to prepare for their high school tryouts.The program runs January-April 2025. This month-to-month intense cheer training program will get your student ready for tryouts! Each week of classes will build on the fundamentals of cheerleading including jumping, tumbling, motion technique, choreography and stunting. The Tryout Training Program includes 2 classes a week (Tue 7-8pm & Thu 6:30-7:30pm) plus a discounted tumbling class (optional for $89). Note: There are no make ups for missed HSA classes. High School Academy - Stunt the Sport Training

Join us for stunt the sport cheer training and get ready for your tryouts in February! Each week classes will build on the staple skills used in stunt the sport routines to include but not limited to  jumping, tumbling, motion technique, roll over routines and stunting. Come learn from the best and let us help you get ready for tryouts!

  • 8-week Membership runs December-Beginning of February
