Our recreational tumbling program is geared towards ages 3-18 with skill sets from Beginners to Advanced. Our leveling system is based on All Star Cheerleading levels.

This class is open to all ages 5 and older. CHEER FUN is short for FUNdamentals. This class is perfect for athletes looking to explore the world of cheer. The class will provide instruction on motion technique, jumps, dance, tumbling timing and stunts. 

Our Team Programs also known as All Stars are for those that are on a team at Cheergyms. Check out our teams page for more information. 

Semi-Private lessons are small groups of no more than 3 students for a 45 minute structured class with an instructor. Check out our Privates page for more information. 

This Program is for those middle school and high school athletes get ready for programs at their high school. Check out our Off-Season page for more information.

Throughout the year we have a variety of specialty classes, special events and Open Gyms that are open to members and vary from month to month.
