Notification of Absences & Make up Class Options

You can now notify us of all future absences and schedule make up classes via our Jackrabbit Parent Portal. Below is our policy on make ups and some quick links ton how to use these new features.

There are no make up options for teams however the absence feature will now help our staff plan better for missed absences so please use this future to schedule any future absences rather than the email process previously in place.

If a child needs to miss a class for any reason such as vacation, school program, illness, etc., we are happy to provide make-up classes for eligible classes. 

• We recommend that a child make up the class as soon as possible to ensure continued progression, but we understand that illnesses and busy schedules often dictate your make up opportunities. 
• Athletes are given a period of 30 days in which to make up any missed classes. 
• Make up options are only open on a month to month basis. 
• New month classes open on the 28th of each month. 
• Students must be actively enrolled in classes to participate in make-up classes.
